Bikram yoga

Today I am thankful for Bikram yoga. I'm traveling and accessing my blog from my phone so I won't write much but this series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is the beeeeeekneees.

Bikram keeps me sane, provides an intense workout and the benefits I reap go way past physical.
